Mira, operated by Latticework Labs, is built to be a private space. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your mobile number (to sign you in) and the first name and age you choose to share.
- Your conversations: the messages you send and Mira’s replies, so your chats are saved and you can pick them back up.
- Usage and device data: analytics about how the app is used, including session replays that may contain displayed text and information entered into forms, to understand and improve the experience.
- Marketing attribution: the landing page, referring site, advertising click identifiers, and campaign parameters (such as UTM values) used to measure which campaigns brought people to Sort Out.
How we use it
- To provide the service: hold a conversation, remember it, and personalise it to you.
- To operate your membership and process payments.
- To keep the service safe, and to improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us run Mira, only as needed:
- Hosting and database providers that store your account and chats securely.
- OTPless, to send and verify your login code.
- Our payment provider, to process your membership.
- Analytics providers (such as Mixpanel and Meta) to measure usage and the effectiveness of our marketing; identifiers shared for advertising measurement are hashed.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@sortout.life.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. We handle requests in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Security
Access to your data is restricted and protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your information safe.
