Terms & Conditions

Last updated 25 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Mira, a conversational self-help service offered through Sortout.life and operated by Latticework Labs (“we”, “us”). By using Mira or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Mira is

Mira is a private, text-based companion that helps you separate what actually happened from what your mind adds to it, and find a clear next step. It is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool.

Mira is not medical care. Mira is not a doctor, therapist, or healthcare provider, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or diagnosis. It is not a substitute for professional treatment, and it is not for emergencies.

In a crisis, please get real help. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself or others, contact Tele-MANAS at 14416 (India’s 24x7 national mental-health helpline), the Vandrevala Foundation at 1860-2662-345, or your local emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Mira. By using it, you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity under your account. The information you share (such as your name and age) is used to make the conversation feel personal, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Membership and billing

5. Acceptable use

Please use Mira only for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

6. Content and intellectual property

Mira, including its software, design, and content, belongs to Latticework Labs. Your conversations belong to you; we process them to provide and improve the service as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mira is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on your conversations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
